I’ve just seen and heard so much hatred. I’ve been called garbage, I’ve been called the death of fucking good music, trash, stupid, pointless and disposable. I don’t understand. I’m just trying to make people happy. And it’s such positive, fun music. Like, why are people so angry?

being alive being human is just so odd

everyone is so sad ssssoo so sad but at the same time it’s possible to be really happy and have joy radiate through your body have that feeling in the pit of your stomach and the back of your throat and those few seconds where everything feels so real and so tangible

and you can connect with people and have friends and have friends that you love more than anything else in this world

but it doesn’t matter how close you are they still won’t know everything about you and you won’t know everything about them

and those days where you can tell that they’re sad but you don’t know why and they don’t know why they’re sad either

and you want to help so badly and you want nothing more but for them to be happy because they’re not allowed to be sad only you’re allowed to be sad

but they’re human too and they’re allowed to be sad and you want to tell them that and you want to be there for them but for some reason you can’t because we like to pretend that we’re not aware of eachother’s sadness and I don’t know why we do that

but we’re all sad and I think that’s kind of beautiful like that girl you just passed on the street she’s sad and your best friend he’s sad

they’ve all felt that indescribable feeling of being on the verge of tears for no reason and wanting to run away from everything and distracting yourself with friends and a social life just to escape the sadness for a while

even though we all know that we’re all sad we still don’t talk about it but sometimes I want to talk about it because idk it makes it a lot easier to know that other people are both sad and happy too
